Coronavirus panic is going on all over the world. Winter is starting in many of these countries. Which can bring deadly danger for us. Because many experts are of the opinion that the corona virus can take a terrible form at this time.

Another issue is that with the change of seasons, many people suffer from colds and coughs.I am one of them. As soon as winter comes, I suffer from cold and cough. I use some home remedies to avoid this. Which is very fruitful in my case.

Drinking and using hot water

A few years ago I suffered from colds and coughs. My nose was constantly sneezing and running water. I had a dry cough for several months. I would stop breathing when I slept at night.

There was a sore throat while sleeping at night. Many times it was very difficult for me to breathe. So I went to a nose, ear and throat specialist. The doctor suggested me to take nasal spray and various medicines. He also advised me to always drink hot water and always take a bath in hot water.

Light hot water is really very good for health. Every year before the onset of winter, I drink light hot water and take a bath with light hot water. Which keeps me much better from colds and coughs.

Two days ago, our Upazila Assistant Education Officer advised everyone to drink hot water. And I drink that water by heating it with ginger, cinnamon and black pepper. It is very useful for preventing colds and coughs.

If you have more problems with whooping cough, you can take hot water vapor through your nose. This is also a very effective method.
