People with this disease can never suppress their desire to steal. They suffer in discomfort as long as they can't steal. They do not steal money or necessities. Rather, he steals without being able to give up his desire to steal. Kleptomania can be thought of as an obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).
These patients suffer from severe mental discomfort after the theft and try to return the stolen item in various ways.
