One-sided facial paralysis

A few days ago, one patient came with the complaint of numbness in the left side of his face and head. The left angle of his mouth wasn't moving. He couldn't close his left eye firmly. There were no wrinkles on the left side of his forehead while raising the eyebrows.

He was having all these systems for over 4 days. He couldn't come due to lack of money and unavailability of vehicles.

This delay was a bad thing for his illness. In the case of Bell's palsy or one-sided facial paralysis, the treatment should be started as early as possible, preferably with 72 hours of the onset of the symptoms. If treatment is started later period, the chances of recovery go down.

Anyway, I shared the treatment. Hope that it would help him.

Not recently. Around 2 months earlier.

That is recent enough
