ORANGE
Orange is one of the most popular fruit around the world and has a number of health befits.
Orange they grow on orange trees (Citrus x sinensis) and belong to a large group of fruits known as citrus fruits.
In Indai the Nagpur region is well known for Oranges. The orange form Nagpur are famous in across India.
Oranges flavor may vary from sweet to sour, and commonly peeled and eaten fresh or squeezed for juice.
The 100 gm of orange has aprox 47 calories. Out of 100 gm 87% content is water. Other then that it provides the protein, carbs, sugar, fat and fiber.
They are good source of vitamins C, B & B9 along with potassium & citric acid.
Researchs indicatea that citric acid may prevent the formation of kidney stone.
As a good source of vitamin C reduced risk of colon cancer, preventing colds and preventing recurrent ear infections.
The vitamin B helps in blood pressure control and helps in production of hemoglobin.
Vitamin C get destroyed fast when exposed to the air so eat it immediately after cut up.
You may heard of "Apple a daybkeeps the doctor away"
But do you know Orange a day reduce the sign of aging....
It has anti-oxidants which helps in protecting skin from damage and helps in reducing sign of aging.
