Regular fishing reduces the risk of heart attack and brain stroke. About 40,000 people have been studied in the United States. People who eat fish only one day a week have a 15% lower rate of heart disease than others.> Oily fish contain DHA i.e. docosahexaenoic acid which is a type of omega three fatty acid. It plays a significant role in the formation of the cerebral cortex (brain cell base) of the brain. Researchers at the National Eye Institute in Maryland, USA, have found that people in their 60s who eat fish two or more days a week have better eyesight.

Fish diet helps to reduce macular degeneration of the eyes due to aging. The Institute of Healthy Aging surveyed 600 people aged 65 to 94. The study found that those who regularly ate fish two days a week had a significantly lower risk of developing Alzheimer's disease.

Even their dementia is less than others. Regular fishing reduces the risk of cancer in older men.

Therefore, nutritionists suggest that if you can eat 350 to 400 grams of fish a week, many diseases can be kept away. It is better to develop the habit of eating fish from a young age. Whether it is hilsa or pona, put one piece of fish in your daily diet.
