Healthy Foods and Routine for staying physically fit

Hello friends, so I decided to share my one month intensive workout experience with y'all and its the first time I’m sharing these in public so go easy on me.

Before I started training, this is a few weeks before I started. It’s the best photo I could find

So here's a picture of me I took a day before starting my workout process

Basically gyms here are quite expensive to pay for so I decided to discipline myself towards commitment and patience in doing some series of homework outs.
Here are some workout images routine I downloaded to guide me on what to do :

The picture below shows my 3rd day of workout :

2nd week in, and I was already standing like I'm about to punch corona virus in the face 😂

Here's what 3 weeks of intensive morning and evening constant workout gave me :

Just a month of steady morning and evening sit-ups and push offs:

Basically, doing the workouts in sets or rounds has kept me on going and on track. Mostly I start with doing some jogging for 10 minutes thereafter I continue with push ups and sit ups both in 50sets. Then followed by other exercises on the list.
When I'm done I ensure I take some protein mix or a blend of fruits

Also I do ensure I take protein and carbohydrate rich foods.

Also I ensure some food rich in protein, fat and oil and some vegetables on them :

This post could pass for an ebook on 'how to get fit'. It's 99% comprehensive in my opinion. The only thing I'd say is missing...the challenges you had, it's always there but if you had none then you're a Superman! 😂

The only challenge I had was that the more I exercise the more I get exhausted 😂. But self discipline kept me going 😊
