Table Tennis is the best game in this winter for activeness

Sports is very much favourite to many of us. I like to play several kinds of sports and some of us also like to play some games is well. I personally don't prefer to play games because if we just sit in front of mobile phone or computer screen then our eyes are in trouble. And there is no physical exercise with that such kind of playing. That's why computer crimes are mobile games is not preferable to me at all. I would like to play some exercise related sports outside the home like cricket football badminton etc.

What is pandemic and rainy season here in Bangladesh so it is not possible all the time to play outside games and if we just think about outside games we need to arrange a lot of things. Without sufficient player at a specific time we cannot start any sort of outdoor games like cricket or football. Football can be played with rain but cricket cannot be played with rain. As it is rainy season hair and it is raining frequently and we have no other options except football. Football is a troublesome game and we need to work a lot with this sports.

But the main problem behind playing football is arranging 22 players or at least eighteen players at a time. Here around me e I have a lot of college and office staff were interested to play but not always. So it is difficult to arrange those and on the other hand I could manage the sufficient player if we could play cricket but as I have mentioned due to rainy season we cannot enter so. But hopefully when the situation will be normal and the college will be open then there will be a lot of students who are interested to play cricket and football so in that time I can join with them for playing and in that way I can maintain my fitness level which I like most.

But still here is an opportunity for us to play indoor games which is providing the aerobic zone exercise. Table tennis is one of those and I love to play table tennis in these days at least because by playing table tennis I can maintain fitness level even inside the home. As sports is loved by us so when we play some sports we cannot feel boring at all but if we just go for gym or any other exercise based activities then we are are being bored. I can play more than 30 games at a stress when I play table tennis with my colleagues. That's the beauty of sports and in that way we can maintain the fitness level that is not boring at all to us.

So you can also try to arrange such kind of sports inside home like table tennis so that you can maintain your fitness level with lot of fun as we love to play sports. Most important feature of Indo sports as we can play it anytime of the day and much more players are not required for playing table tennis. In a single game it is possible to play by two players and in a double you need 4 players only. This is not a lazy kind of sports that's why it is quite interesting and helpful to maintain your fitness at least in the aerobic zone. Thank you very much for stopping by.
