Pain in the Loin part of the body and getting fever and chills is a sign of Kidney issues too so the patient needs to see a Nephrologist for that matter @ninoh22

Yeah, fever and chills usually due to infection of urinary tract or kidney itself, that may be diagnosis: Pyelonephritis.
