It's A Dialysis Day Again And I Felt Some Difference In My Feet Joints

I am always taking a bath no matter how cold the water is or no matter I am in pain prior for my dialysis, I have to. But fortunately my mother would give a bucket of warm water that I can use for my initial showering.

I would rinse off with cold water because a bucket of water is not enough for me for my bathing needs as I would have lots of stages to do for me to finish-off.

Right now I am noticing some improvement on my feet joints. Normally upon going back from the bathroom my feet's joints would hurt so much as if they had gone dislocated.

I could not massage them back because they would hurt badly and I would just wait until the joints probably come back together again and the pain subsides.

Now my feet's joints doesn't hurt anymore upon my return from the bathroom. So it is a welcoming development with my joints in general, probably my stretching exercises works for my feet joints too so I now will keep on doing what I am doing especially with my Cinacalcet, phosphate binder, Cal;cium, and vitamin D3 so that my bones will be able to heal themselves up again and not to leach Calcium that makes my joints hurt and my bones to weaken.

I am just thankful that all these years I had not suffered a bone fracture otherwise things will not be so good for me since my bones are just unable to normally heal because they are throwing Calcium more than absorbing it. But I am doing what I can to put them into the right track of getting better and I believe and experiencing that they are truly improving as days pass by.

Anyway it is my dialysis session and I hope that my BP won't crash again. I brought along a snack that will hopefully stabilize my BP because of its salt content.
