I just suffered a lot of years with this issues with my lungs where there was rales or gurgling sound caused by fluids in my lungs. It went so severe at times when I am near my dialysis period because of the build-up of excessive water in my body.
I did tried asking my nurses to remove it through dialysis but they are kept on not taking enough fluids from my system. So as a result I am not adequately removed with water and I end-up going home still heavy and not much room for adding fluids into my body through my normal eating and drinking.
The only after a day I am feeling full already considering that I got dialyzed a day after. The bad thing was that it resulted in my breathing troubles especially if I would start to move around. For my sleeping it didn't allowed me much to be comfortable because of the gurgling sound from my lungs.
As for my eating habit it felt like I am getting drowned by just eating. But fortunately just recently I signed a waiver for my nurses to let me be the one to tell them on how much fluids that they would have to take from my body.
That system made me to clear my lungs of extra fluids that had bothering me for years on end. Thankfully my lungs seemed to get cleared-up from the pesky fluid build-up and thanks to my efforts I am now in control on how I would feel after my dialysis sessions.
Now they are doing ti to other patients, probably they also had signed a "waiver" which states that the nurses are not anymore responsible about the complications that the new system will cause the patient regarding telling them how much fluids to be removed from the patients system.
Now I am foreseeing that patient's mortality from my dialysis center will be minimized because some of the patients now are the ones that tells the nurses how much fluids that they have to be removed from the patients.
It had made a positive impact in my life so now I am getting a better allowance form y fluid consumption without getting filled-up fast. Now I am more satisfied about my dialysis sessions because I get to satisfactorily removed with adequate extra fluids from my body which them had resulted in a more comfortable life for me.
