There’s nothing more irritating than spending months working out, going to the gym and getting zero to little results.

So, why does this happen? Well, if I had to guess, it’s because nutrition wasn’t a major focus of the plan.

And sure, working out and exercising, it’s burning calories and it’s providing stimulus to your body. But if you’re not focusing on fueling your body correctly, then you’re missing out on 80% of the equation.

This means eating enough calories and protein to show your body that you’re getting exactly what it needs. And also making sure that those calories and that protein, they’re predominantly from whole food sources because those are going to have more vitamins and minerals that your body needs to perform optimally.

And if you need extra help figuring out exactly how many calories you need to start seeing some real results, just comment below or message me the word ‘metabolism’ and I’ll send you my free metabolic restoration guide. It’s going to help you see exactly what you need to do to start getting results with all that hard work you’re doing.

Much love!
