- Write in a diary or a piece of paper what you are suffering from. Write in detail while writing.
A. If the fault is yours, calm yourself down by saying I made a mistake, it shouldn't have been done, it would have been better to do it I will make such mistakes again in the future. It is to confess one's guilt to oneself. It brings human peace.
