We all want to be good. But due to family, social and any other reason we can't stay well for a long time. Today I will discuss some ways to stay well.
- Smile with an open mind. When we smile, our brain releases the hormone dopamine. Which makes us feel good.

- Ignore negative people.
- Pay attention to the present. The past can never change.
- Acknowledge failure, learn from mistakes and move forward.
- Spend time with nature, it will bring peace to your mind.
- You cannot control everything that happens to you. So accept the unexpected. Not sure of anything in life.
- Don’t depend on others if you want to keep yourself well.
There is a regional saying that a boy does not live on the milk he wants. You have to take responsibility for keeping yourself well. Otherwise, it will not be good to stay.
