What is the best way to stay?

We all want to be good. But due to family, social and any other reason we can't stay well for a long time. Today I will discuss some ways to stay well.

  1. Smile with an open mind. When we smile, our brain releases the hormone dopamine. Which makes us feel good.
  2. Stop comparing yourself to others
  3. Don’t expect anything from anyone. Expectation brings frustration.
  4. Express gratitude to the Creator for the position you are in.
  5. Ignore negative people.
  6. Pay attention to the present. The past can never change.
  7. Acknowledge failure, learn from mistakes and move forward.
  8. Spend time with nature, it will bring peace to your mind.
  9. You cannot control everything that happens to you. So accept the unexpected. Not sure of anything in life.
  10. Don’t depend on others if you want to keep yourself well.
    There is a regional saying that a boy does not live on the milk he wants. You have to take responsibility for keeping yourself well. Otherwise, it will not be good to stay.
