Reveal the wonderful properties of ginger for your health and well-being

Modern technology, striving to get more and more profit is inventing new synthetic medicines and makes people dependent on them. The more medicines people buy, the richer are the pharmaceutical companies. It seems now that even human health is put to serve big businesses. But was it always like that, and what are the alternatives? It is right time to remember that nature has served as a unique and ecologically pure pharmacy for all living creatures since ancient times.

For example, ginger, which you see almost everyday in a grocery store can help us to be much healthier. When I started drinking ginger tea on regular basis I managed to go through the whole autumn and winter without catching a cold or falling with flu. As I’ve found out later, the secret is that ginger is a natural antiseptic and has been used in eastern culture for many centuries. To tell the truth – it was hard for me to enjoy the first cup of ginger tea as it tasted so strange. I remember one morning when I woke up and discovered that we’ve run out of tea and coffee. Thus I tried to experiment with a ginger root I bought previously to add to some dishes of Chinese cuisine I’m a big fan of. So I just put a few slices into the cup and purred it with hot water. The taste was strange for me, and I thought I will never be able to drink it again. But the next morning – instead of drinking the usual coffee I suddenly understood that I actually would prefer a cup of a ginger tea. And so it started!

During the next several weeks I was experimenting with different recipes and eventually came up with the one I liked the most:

  1. Put 5-7 slices of freshly cut ginger root into your favorite cup
  2. Pour hot water
  3. Add one teaspoon of honey and a slice of lemon (optional)
  4. Cover the cup with a lid
  5. Wait for 5 minutes

Later I discovered that if I drink such tea after a meal – the digestion process goes much better. By the way – pickled ginger served at sushi bars has the same purpose. A cup of ginger tea during the day would also fill your brain and muscles with energy. If you’re having a sore throat – hot ginger tea would be the best treatment. It’s ability to burn the body fat is also well known: a cup of tea with lemon and a honey everyday in the morning instead of breakfast, and than right after lunch and dinner. Of course it can’t be used by people who are allergic to it or who have problems with stomach, because as you know it is spicy.

Take another step to a healthier life – start drinking ginger tea!
