Burn young coconut is good for us during covid-19

I and family often spend our quality times to hunt food court and tourism places in holiday. Last week we found a new unique small that sell fruits salad. It is still in Bireuen, our hometown near Police Resort Office. There are so many fruits there. I usually have a salad there with my son when he wanted to have them.

I saw on the left side of the place there was a man that was busy to back and forth some coconuts. I came there close to him to know more what he was doing. He shocked me because the coconuts were being burned. I asked him why the coconut was burnt. He said, this is young coconut and is one of the favorite menus here. These coconuts are added with spices such as lemongrass and pandan leaves. Also, there is a special herb powder that we make to add to the roasted young coconut. You can taste a ginger, turmeric, and frets that we put in the water of coconut he tried to explain me about the ingredient of the unique menu in his shop clearly.

I thought that our bodies must be warm and sweaty after drinking this burnt young coconut water. I leave there and return to our table. I told my wife and children about roasted young coconut plus traditional spices that are good for the body in the face of the current Covid-19 pandemic. They agreed and wanted to try it. I ordered four grilled coconuts.
