  1. Do not drink sugary drinks

  1. Eat nuts
    With a lot of fat, nuts are very nutritious and healthy.

However, nuts also contain magnesium, fiber, vitamin E and other nutrients.

Tests have shown that nuts work to reduce your weight, cure diabetes and even solve heart problems.

Additionally, your body cannot use more than 10-15 percent of the calories in nuts. Sometimes nuts also act as boosters in metabolic work.

In one study, nuts increased weight loss by 62% compared to complex carbs.

  1. Avoid processed junk food (eat real food instead)
    Processed junk food is incredibly healthy.

They drive your brain to overeating - even creating food addiction in some people.

They are usually low in fiber, protein and micronutrients but high in unhealthy ingredients like added sugar and refined grains. Thus, they provide mostly empty calories.

  1. Don’t be afraid of coffee
    Coffee is very healthy.

It is the high levels of antioxidants and studies that can improve the longevity of coffee intake and the reduced risk of type 2 diabetes, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease and many more illnesses.

    Fish is a great source of high quality protein and healthy fats.

This is especially true of fatty fish, such as salmon, which contains omega-3 fatty acids and a variety of other nutrients.

Studies show that people who eat the most fish have a lower risk of a number of conditions, including heart disease, dementia and depression.

The bacteria in your gut are collectively known as gut microbiota, which is incredibly important for overall health.

Bacterial disturbances in the gut are associated with some of the deadliest chronic diseases in the world, including obesity.

Probiotic foods such as yogurt, plant fiber foods, etc. for intestinal health.
