Cauliflower- A Delicious Nutrient-Dense Food

Cauliflower is a delicious and amazingly versatile food.

Cauliflower is nutrient-dense, and is rich in Vitamin-C, Vitamin-K, Vitamin-B6 and folate. It's also loaded with fiber, which is good for digestive health. Cauliflower has Vitamin-B6, which can help with energy and this is a bonus.

Between the folate to support healthy pregnancy and the Vitamin-C, which helps immune health, cauliflower is great for many people who are vulnerable.

Cauliflower also is rich in Choline, which helps with metabolism and cell-wall formation. Choline is essential, and many people don't get enough in their diets.

Cauliflower is delicious and has a mellow flavor. It's similar to broccoli in it's nutritional profile and can be grilled and baked and goes well with marinara sauce and parmesan cheese.
