Sesame is a well-known tree in Bangladesh. There are usually two types of sesame seeds. Sesame is nutritious. Among the three types of sesame, black sesame is said to be the best in Ayurveda. According to Ayurveda, sesame juice is sharp, bitter, sweet and astringent. Sesame seeds are sharp, tasty, hot, expectorant, biliary, good for strong hair, especially beneficial for the skin, increase appetite, increase intelligence. There are many other types of sesame seeds.
We now look at the use of sesame in various diseases.
Burns:
If you apply sesame seeds on the burnt wound without water, the wound will heal quickly. Apply once a day on the affected area and lightly tie it with a clean cloth at the end.
Wounds:
If fresh wounds do not heal, then crushing sesame seeds with honey and ghee gives more work than medicine or ointment.
Blood in diarrhea:
Fresh juice of sesame leaves 15/20 ml taken three times a day cures blood diarrhea.
Bleeding:
Grinding a little sesame seeds and sugar together or licking it with honey to stop the bleeding from the stool of children.
Abdominal pain:
Applying hot sesame oil mixed with hing, black salt, massaging or soaking the stomach relieves stomach pain and reduces gas.
Hemorrhoids:
Grinding sesame seeds and mixing it with butter reduces the pain of hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are relieved by chewing a handful of sesame seeds in the morning.
To protect the body's nutrition:
It should be eaten once in the morning with 60 grams of sesame seeds every day. After five minutes, drinking a glass of cold water will eliminate the lack of nutrition in the body
