Here's a little experiment you can all do.
Switch off your mobile phone - I assume you have one - and put it somewhere out of sight. You could flush it down the toilet but it probably won't fit past the U-bend; I mean, in a drawer, or somewhere that requires a conscious decision to go and pick it up. Also write down what time it is.
Then relax.
Are you feeling relaxed?
Good.
How long can you go without your personal brain-damager?
Out of sight is out of mind.
You know, out of sight, like the electromagnetic waves that empower your device. You can't see them, but your body can feel them.

indeed. so i still use wired earphone so that at least i can reduce the expose of signals
Have you tried the air-tubes? I still need to go look for them here, although with my kid is better training to just not use earphones at all.
i have not heart of air-tubes.. searched it and it seems good. i have used a bone conduction (bluetooth) which is a not good quality even though it costs more than $100. My kids have no cellphone.
