This week when my CSA box of vegetables from a farm just up the road arrived, there were more green beans than I knew I would be able to use in time. I went looking for a recipe that I had used before and really liked and made some pickled green beans.

They were simple and easy to make and I will enjoy having them to serve on a relish tray.
Add water, vinegar, sugar, salt to a saucepan, bring it to boil , until the sugar and salt are dissolved. Poor over the beans. Add some spices. And refrigerate. Easy enough. The hardest part was snipping the stems off the beans!
