Hey foodies, hope you're good? Been a while I made food post and today I decided to share my latest recipe.
It's no news that rice is the most widely used pantry staple on the planet. It's delicious, nourishing, and adaptable, soaking up a variety of tastes and serving as the perfect foundation for any meal. The choices are unlimited, whether you add some ingredients to spice it up a little or add protein and veggies (recommended) to fully improve it. So, whether you're looking for something other than plain rice to cook with, or simply "how to cook rice," you've come to the perfect place. I'm going to share a unique rice recipe with vegetables with you!
Ingredients
Rice (Long grains)
Beef
Vegetable Oil
Green Pepper
Green Leaf
Red Pepper
Tomatoes
Onions
Sardine
Step 1: Wash and slice the red pepper, green pepper, tomatoes and onions, then blend to paste.
Step 2: Place a clean pot on a low medium heat, add vegetable oil and preheat, don't forget to parboil your beef, now deep fry some sliced onions.
Step 3: Deep fry the beef, make sure you turn it so the vegetable oil can penetrate inside the beef
Step 4: Add some sliced green leaf and fry for 3 minutes
Step 5: Wash and parboil the long grain, then pour the parboiled rice in the sauce add a little water and cook for 15 minutes
Step 6: Open the sardine, pour inside the blended pepper, add a little salt and fry in another sauce pan.
Finally, add some sliced green leaves and onions to the rice, turn off the heat and serve.
