But for me I do add seasoning to the fish first, then boil the fish and finally fry it. I've been doing to to my Titus fish for a very long time, and today I repeat it.

Step 1: Cut the Titus fish to your preferred size, remove the dirt and bones of the fish, then wash it with clean water.
Step 2: Place the fish in a clean pot, add the salt and seasoning, you can as well add grounded pepper little one, then place on a low medium heat and boil for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Now get a clean frying pan, add the vegetable oil and preheat for 2 minutes, then gently fry the fish till it turn brown.
Deep fry the rest of the Titus fish till it turns brown, turn of the heat and serve the fish. You can enjoy with cold Garri (Nigerians can relate 😅) and forget to share with your neighbors 🥺😁
