Cheese Rolls

Ingredients :

Instant Puff Pastry Sheet ( you can find it at supermarket)
Cheddar Cheese (cut lengthwise)
Egg Yolk
Some Sugar

How to :

First, Preheat your oven on 150°C, while waiting your oven is ready. You can slice your puff pastry lenghtwise 2cm each.
Then, Prepare a baking tray and line it with parchment paper.
and then, take cheese then wrap it use puff pastry gently untill all done.
Last, after all the cheese has been wrapped, arranged it on the baking tray. Brushed it with egg yolk then give a bit sugar and shread cheese as a sprinkle. Put it on your oven wait about 20 minutes untill the pastry looks crispy and golden brown....

Well, all it's done, the Cheese Rolls looks so gorgeous and so do I 😍
