Ingredients
- Vegetable (Ugu)
- Palm Oil
Smoked Fish
Red Pepper
- Meat
- Maggi and Salt
Step 1: Preheat your palm oil in a clean pot over a low medium heat, then quickly cook the blended pepper.
Step 2: Put the Pomo to the sauce after carefully washing it.
Step 3: Rinse and chop the smoked fish into little or large chunks (your preference) before adding it to the sauce.
Step 4: Rinse, chop, and put the vegetable (Ugu) to the sauce.
Step 5: Cook for 10 minutes after adding the maggi and seasoning to taste. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes, then remove from the heat and serve
The food can be enjoyed with fufu, Eba (white or yellow), rice also goes well with it.
