Hello all #Blurt friends as the title says today is Tasting Tuesday and so it was at my work. In Argentina there is a typical food known as "Facturas", these are sweets or fritters covered with sugar, pastry cream or dulce de leche very rich that are characteristic of a holiday, an important day or just because you wanted to treat yourself.
The name comes from the bakery workers themselves who used this term to make their work worthwhile. So today I greet you with a picture of the "Facturas" or bills in English that we ate today at my workplace along with the other colleagues. Hope you have a sweet day like these fritters ☺️
Hola a todos amigos de #Blurt como lo dice el título hoy es martes de degustar y así fue en mi trabajo. En Argentina hay una comida típica conocida como "Facturas", se trata de dulces o buñuelos cubiertos de azúcar, crema pastelera o dulce de leche muy ricos que son característicos de un día festivo, un día importante o simplemente porque te quisiste dar un gusto.
El nombre proviene de los mismos trabajadores de panaderías que utilizaban este término para hacer valer su trabajo. Así que hoy los saludos con una fotos de las "Facturas" o facturas en inglés que comimos hoy en mi lugar de trabajo junto a los demás compañeros. Espero tengan un dulce día como estos buñuelos ☺️
