Dicentrarchus Labrax
Full disclosure, I didn't actually know that "Sea Bass", or at least the European Sea Bass, was called "Dicentrarchus labrax" until today, when I was trying to find a clever title for this post. lol. However, does this not sound like some kind of blockchain project?
DChus blockchain with the Labrax token %LBX 😂
Anyway, it was very lightly fried over a tiny bit of butter and placed on top of a plat of green leaf salad and some cherry tomatoes. Flavoured with salt and pepper. Very simple, but tastes amazing.
Peace & Love,
Adé
