Aubergine Lasagne

Close enough right? Following a recipe from a book. There are clear visual differences; black baking pan vs white ceramic, 12 aubergines vs 10, etc. The non obvious difference is onions. Onions are pretty sugary so they're not keto, so I doubled up on the garlic instead.

I made enough for 3 meals so the rest is in the fridge. It won't taste as nice since I'd have to warm it up the next time. The presentation also won't look as nice, but hey, I don't always eat pretty food haha. This is for the blog :D
