POEM

How Much Is Enough?

How much words should you alter
Before you're termed a talkative?
How long should one keep silent
Before he can voice out his grievances?

How much fear must one overcome
In other to become bold and courageous?
Fear, the false experiences appearing real
When can one face everything and rise?

They say "there is sense in every nonsense"
How much of a nonsense experience
Should one witness, hear or read about
That'll be enough to make sense out of it?

Little drops of water makes an ocean -
An ocean so vast, gigantic and enormous
Is it really drops of water that makes an ocean;
Or the droplets are measured in gallons?

How long sailing through the sea of despair
Before we arrive on the shores of hope?
Never give up has been our mantra of comfort
For we believe it will get better some day.
