Hello, I think there are a few issues that you have misunderstood. Of course, we cannot access our customers' server, because the server delivered with an operating system can only be accessed by cracking the password. The operating system and all its hardware are independent, that is, it is "a server". The program mentioned in this blog post is required for "shared hosting services". Why? if you ask, shared hosting services can only be used for website hosting, because technologies such as cpanel, cloudlinux, litespeed are for this. As such, hosting companies should take such importance to prevent personal use. Because shared hosting servers belong to many customers, not one customer, everyone should use them fairly. If it is a "server" that you have rented, of course you are free to use it any way you want.
