2 . Don’t Over-Explain:
when you must have said no to a request , don't panic. What do i mean by this , don't start or try to explain to the person the reason why you can't do what they said you should do. even if it warrants you to explain yourself , make sure to keep it as concise as possible.

this is because when you over explain yourself , you tend to feel more guilty which can indirectly invite others to challenge your decision.

Like i said , keep your explanation as brief as possible.
