Hello everyone, and good morning. I’m here to share with us how I made my breakfast. So this my breakfast diary started with hunger , I was just so hungry and didn’t know what to eat , after much deliberation with myself, I decided to make noodles.
First I stepped out to get the stuffs I need for the noodles. Now I am a pepper freak, i love pepper a lot so I made sure I got enough pepper since what I wanted to make was a peppery noodle.
So I bought two sachets of noodles, pepper, eggs, Groundnut oil, And onions .
I washed my pepper thoroughly with salt to remove any dirt or kill any germ on it, then I washed my moltar and pistle thoroughly also, and started pounding my pepper to achieve a semi paste.
Then I peeled the outer coat of my onion bulb and washed it. Then I diced the onions to my choice. Now, there are different ways to dice onions …. It’s chef’s choice. So I diced mine as I wanted.
For my egg, I added some pepper and onions and some spice from the noodles and whisked together so that the egg will be tasty and also peppery just as I like it.
Then I fried my egg and prepared the sauce for the noodles. Now forgive me, I forgot to show us the time where I perboiled my noodle. But never the less, I fried my noodle. I prefer my noodle fried than just cooked.
And that the end of my morning kitchen section.
