Definition: Water is a liquid that is pure, odorless and colorless . And I’m going with that basic definition because of course, we can’t drink a colorful water or water with odor.

Although there are more detailed explanation of water where they broke it down to its components and all that. But I am sticking to the basic explanation.

As underrated as water is, it plays a major role in our body. I am going to share you 10 tips that I have been using as a guide why I drink water even though I’m not thirsty.

Some of its major roles include

  1. It helps you balance your body fluid:Remember 60-70% of human body comprises of mostly water. If you don’t take enough water, your fluid becomes concentrated which can lead to health issue.

  2. It regulates body temperature:regular intake of water during the day keeps your body temperature in check.

  3. It aids the excretory system in flushing waste: Water makes the work of the excretory system easier. If you notice you urinate more often when you take in more water, by this process, you are removing more toxic form your system

  4. It prevents kidney damage: when the kidney is not able to remove all the toxic, they form stones known as kidney stones. But the intake of water prevents that.

  5. For those that take alcohol, water prevents hangovers: When you take water along side your alcohol, it neutralizes the alcohol inside and you end up urinating it out. Still keeping you up and fit.

  6. Water helps keeps the skin glowing: It eradicates wrinkles and keeps the skin moist

  7. Prevents constipation: water aids in the digestion process when there is is inadequate water, the digestive track cannot function very Lowell leading to constipation

  8. It helps to create saliva, mucus and tears: And all these are very essential in the human body

  9. It prevents headache: headache occurs as a result of concentrated substance in the body, water helps to dissolve these substances thus eradicating headache

  10. Water makes transportation not substances and nutrients in our body easier

I just highlighted 10 points why we should take water. These have been my driving force why i take water .
Remember YOU MUST NOT BE THIRSTY BEFORE YOU TAKE WATER.
