However the importance of food is so elaborate that we might not digest all now, but most significance; there is a certain food which I termed “my favorite”. And so, I will be so honored, if the privilege is granted me to teach how this wonderful food is prepared.
More so, the name of the food I want to prepare is called “Afang soup”, it is rich and containing almost all the nutrient required in the body, for instance the Afang (leave) is vegetable,
as well as the water leaves,
the meat, fish, stockfish are protein, the swallow carbohydrates(starch), and the oil is fat . Afang soup is one in a million among all kinds of soup we have, it easy to prepare, easy going with any swallow of your choice.
In the preparation of Afang soup, the first stage is the washing of the leaves i.e the Afang, the water leaves and the ingredient such as the meat, fish, periwinkle, cow skin etc.
When that is concluded the second stage is the slicing of the leaves,and as both leaves are sliced and ready to use.
The next stage is seasoning, the meat, stockfish, cow skin, and periwinkle, as maggi, pepper, onions ginger and salt would be added for proper seasoning and cooking to soft and for taste purposes.
After which a little quantity of water is added
as the leaves will follow suit,
this will be on fire for some minute as it will be boiling
before the oil will be added to finalize the cooking.
Whole and behold my favorite soup is served. <div class="text-justify>
The food is ready to be eaten now after being allow for sometimes to boiled.
