Hello!!!! Everyone how are you all doing? ....I hope this post meets you well.
Nigeria is blessed with a large array of food to quench one's hunger and cravings. One of my favourite food is Jellof beans. This is often referred to as beans especially the "iron or black eye beans"
REASONS I LIKE THE FOOD
- It is made from a leguminous crop, its a source of protein.
- It is easy to cook
- you can eat it along other side dishes such as with cassava granules (garri), bread or custard, all of which is okay.
- It is a low budget meal.
Lets get to business on how to make this amazing dish

I poured the picked beans into a clean pot, poured in water and set on the gas to parboil
I allowed it to boil for 10minutes before I removed it from fire and washed it thoroughly then I put it back on fire and brought it to a boil.

Once I noticed that the beans has boiled I picked one and touched to check for softness I noticed it was soft and the water has started to dry, it was time to add other ingredients.
