Hello beautiful people. Hope you're doing amazing today. I decided once again to jump on the 62nd edition of My Favourite Food Contest by @blurtconnect-ng. They have been doing amazing and I must say a big welldone and more grease to your elbow.
Today, i'll be showing you how I made this really delicious meal I call Plantain Frittata ๐ in the video below.
Now the ingredients are;
- Plantain
- Eggs
- Carrots
- Green Peas
- Sweet Corn
- Sausages
- Tomatoes
- Pepper ๐ถ
- Onion
- Veg Oil and Salt to taste
I love this simple meal because its so delicious and has all the veggies and ingredients for a healthy life. Now to how to make it.
First fry your palntain in vegetable oil and keep aside, chop your tomatoes,pepper and onion and then stir fry. Also stir fry your veggies (carrot, green pea, sweetcorn) and sausages after chopping.
Now beat your eggs in a bowl and pour all the mixtures above into the egg just like its in the video and dd a pinch of salt.
Rub your flat plate with vegetable oil and now pour everything in the plate. After that, place your platain gently on it round about and now put in a oven or microwave. I used microwave for mine actually and it stayed there about 15 to 20 minutes.
And vioila, your Plantain Frittata is readyyyyy ๐ Just use a knife to cut it into the pizza ๐ shape and enjoy.๐ Trust me, this is very delicious and you can eat it anytime in the day or night.
