It's my story
my own words I guess.

It all happened on the early hours of the 1st of January 2016. I attended the cross over church service at my church which is few kilometers from my house.

After the prayers and praises to the Almighty God for giving us the grace to experience a new year, the priest ended the service with few pieces of new year advice and a closing prayer. we dismissed at few minutes after 12 o'clock. after closure, we shot knok out and fireworks and I searched for some of my church members who were going the same way with me so we could go home together.

After few distance from the church compound, we noticed a shining light from far and we were much eager to know what that was. We walked faster to get closer to it but it seems to be going further the closer we came. we then decided to stop and talk about the strange incident we just encountered. while we were discussing about the strange thing, then it appeared to be coming closer to us.

What a distress!
At first, we wanted to run for our dear lives but one guy amongst us encouraged us to stand still and know what exactly what is was. it came closer and brighter but we couldn't figure out what exactly is was nor what it looks like. at this point we were all very afraid and furious that we could neither move nor talk but God gave us momentum to rush and catch hold of it. but it made it's way between us leaving us all on the ground.

Jesusss!!!, we all shouted and off we zoom. to be sincere how I got home that night, I didn't know. I couldn't sleep that midnight I was just replaying the incident on my bed with all lights turned on because I was very afraid and scared that it might come and meet me there till I finally slept off.
The next morning, I couldn't find my the footwear I wore, my wrist watch and even my Bible. the only thing I had was the clothes I wore to church. I neither worried to go find them nor think of picking them any where I'll find them.

I later told my parents and the other of my friends also told theirs but they said we were all crazy and were saying out of imaginations.
Since then, I've never had such encounter nor understand what that strange being we saw was till date.
That's my story.
