Cabécou is often served as an appetizer or starter, accompanied by fresh bread and a glass of white wine. It can also be used in cooked dishes, such as salads or omelets. Cabécou cheese is highly appreciated by goat cheese enthusiasts, due to its delicate flavor and melting texture.

If I remember correctly, in Italy they call it "pasta alla norma" @mcedric. Excellent recipe.
