I will be talking about one of my favorites dishes JellofRice is my favorite dish especially if it is with red oil
How to prepare Nigerian Jellof Rice by
It is one of my favorites dishes because it is easy to prepare and doesn't require much resources for it.
Recipe
- 3cups of rice
- One tablespoon of palm oil
- Onions
- crayfish
- Maggi
- salt
- spices
- water
PROCEDURES
• First thing is to Boil the rice for about 10 to 15 minutes,after that you bring it down turn it into a bowl then wash it
• add oil to an empty pot on the fire allow it to bleach for few seconds then you add your Onions,after which you add your crayfish
• after which you add water so the onions and crayfish don't get burnt
• Add Your Ingredients (Maggi,salt, Pepper, and spices) allow it boil for 2 minutes.
• After which you filter water out of the rice then stir it .confirm if the ingredients is up to your taste if no add it to your desired taste. Always add water when you notice the one in the rice is dried up and the rice isn't soft yet.
• When The Water might have dried up then you bring it down and serve.
