I would be sharing with you one of my favorite dish which is afang soup popular among the crossriverians.
Afang leaf is a vegetable that has it own nutritional value. I love eating this meal because it contains lot of protein Which is good for once health, and also it has very delicious taste when prepared with assorted meat
Recipes
- Afang leaf
- Waterleaf
- Meat
- Periwinkle(mfi)
- Pepper
- Salt
- Maggi
- Palm oil
- Onions
- Water
Procedures for preparing the soup
• I started by washing and steaming my meat and periwinkle
• I washed and sliced the water leaf then I put it in an empty pot on the fire,
• I Allowed it for few seconds before adding oil to it
• After adding oil i added my ingredients such as Maggi pepper salt meat and the periwinkle.
• Then I Added The Afang to the put after that I add water to it.allow it boil for few minutes before bringing it down
Preparation of the Eba
Garri is gotten from already processed cassava
• I started by putting a kettle of water on the fire I allowed it to get boiled
• I got an empty bowl poured the hot water into added the Garri then allowed it to absorb the water before stirring it
Boom My dinner is ready
