The Significance of Christmas
Christmas is a day marked as the day our savior jesus christ is born! Christmas is celebrated all over the world by christians. The word Christmas is a short form of Christ-mass which means mass service to remember that jesus came down from heaven for our salvation. Christians all over the world go to church service on every christmas to celebrate the birth of jesus christ. Some go to 10pm mass on 24th night i.e. Christmas eve. People still go to mass service on the Christmas day.
THE JOY OF CHRISTMAS
On this day, people kill chicken, cow, goat, turkey and other kinds of animals to celebrate the festive period. Many visits their old friends while some visit their loved ones! The atmosphere is so hot, the road is so busy! People buy new clothes, shoes, caps, belt, sandals on this day for the sake of the celebration.
The festive period is worthy to be celebrated because it's a day of joy. It's not easy to live against all odds from January to December. Thanks all for reading through, I love you all!!!
