What is your favorite way of making dumplings? 🥟
Chive dumpling is one of our favorite dishes that we enjoy making together in our family. Chive has its unique, strong flavor that we love. This is the easiest way to wrap dumplings, just fold, seal and press!! No skills required! The flat bottom makes it perfect for crispy yummy potstickers. We used garden freshly picked chives, but you could use store-bought and other veggies such as Bak Choy, cabbage, and carrots. You can also switch to your choice of meat or even tofu if you are vegetarian.
