2.재료 소개 - Material introduction
꽈리고추(270g) - Shishito Pepper(270g)
멸치(40g) - Anchovies(40g)
대파(흰부분)(1/2) - Green Onion(1/2)
다진마늘(1큰술) - Crushed garlic(1tbsp)
진간장(1큰술) - Dark soy sauce(1tbsp)
맛술(2큰술) - Cooking wine(2tbsp)
올리고당(양념장)(반큰술) - Oligosaccharide(1/2tbsp)
올리고당(볶기)(1큰술) - Oligosaccharide(1tbsp and a half)
굴소스(반큰술) - Oyster sauce(1/2tbsp)
설탕(반큰술) - Sugar(1/2tbsp)
조미료(반큰술) - Condiment(1/2tbsp)
후춧가루(1/2T) - Pepper powder(1/2T)
식용유 - Cooking oil
참기름(1큰술) - Sesame oil(1tbsp)
깨(1큰술) - Sesame(1tbsp)

3.조리과정 - Cooking process
[야채 준비 - Vegetable preparation]
1.대파(1/2)를 송송 썰어주시는데 대파에 아래 흰부분만 사용합니다
2.꽈리고추(270g)에 간이 베이도록 포크로 한번씩 찔러 구멍을 내주세요

[양념 만들기 - Spice making]
1.볼그릇에 각종 양념을 넣어 잘 섞어주세요
[다진마늘(1큰술),진간장(1큰술),맛술(2큰술),올리고당(반큰술),굴소스(반큰술),설탕(반큰술),조미료(반큰술),후춧가루(1/2T)]

+굴소스는 감칠맛을 내주기 때문에 넣어주세요

[복음 과정 - Gospel course]
1.멸치(40g)에 비린내를 없애주기 위해서 볶아주는데 식용유를 두르지 않은 팬에 넣고 중간불에 볶아주세요
2.멸치를 전부 볶으셨다면 채에 넣고 이물질을 털어주세요
3.달궈진 팬에 식용유를 두르고 꽈리고추(270g)를 넣고 볶아주세요
4.소량에 양념장을 넣어 꽈리고추에 간이 베이도록 볶아주세요
5.멸치(40g)와 소량에 양념장을 넣고 계속 볶아주세요
6.송송 썰은 대파(흰부분)(1/2)를 넣고 다시 볶아주세요
7.윤기나게 올리고당(1큰술반)을 넣고 볶아주세요
8.마지막으로 참기름(1큰술)과 깨(1큰술)를 넣고 볶아주세요
9.마지막 볶음과정에서 불을 끄고 뒤적거려 마무리해주시면 됩니다

3.Cooking process
[Vegetable preparation]
1.Chop the green onion(1/2) and use only the white part of the green onion
2.Poke Shishito Pepper(270g) with a fork and make a hole

[Spice making]
1.Put various seasonings in a bowl and mix well
[Crushed garlic(1tbsp),Dark soy sauce(1tbsp),Cooking wine(2tbsp),Oligosaccharide(1/2tbsp),Oyster sauce(1/2tbsp),Sugar(1/2tbsp),Condiment(1/2tbsp),Pepper powder(1/2T)]

+Add oyster sauce because it gives it a rich taste

[Gospel course]
1.Stir-fry anchovy (40g) to get rid of the fishy smell. Put it in a pan without oil and fry over medium heat.
2.When all the anchovies are fried, shake off any foreign substances.
3.Put cooking oil in a heated pan, add Shishito Pepper (270g) and fry
4.Put the seasoning in a small amount and stir-fry in Shishito Pepper.
5.Add seasoning in anchovies (40g) and a small amount, and continue to fry
6.Add chopped green onion (white part) (1/2) and stir-fry again
7.Oligosaccharides(1/2tbsp) will make your food shiny
8.Finally, add sesame oil (1 tbsp) and sesame (1 tbsp) and stir-fry
9.In the final roasting process, turn off the heat and stir it up to finish.
