Made traditional fishermen's miso based horse mackerel tartar “namerou “

Now I know what you guys like!
You guys like takoyaki and raw fish!

For 2〜3people
Four horse mackerel
1 bunch of Shiso
15〜25g of ginger
4 green onion (I recommend naganegi if you can get)
2〜4teaspoon of miso(depends on the fish size)

Chop Shiso ginger and green onion

Fillet the mackerel
Peel the skin off
Remove the bone line
Chop (don’t chop too much like mince. better to have little bit of chewy texture. but chop well because blue backed fish may have anisakis )
Add Shiso ginger green onion and miso
Mix together

It goes well with sake.
