Batter recipe I used:
- 100 grams of flour, 1 large egg, 300 ml of dashi, 8 ml of soy sauce
- added some chopped green onions, homemade tenkasu and of course octopus (I did not have benishoga because I can not find it in my city)
- topped with homemade takoyaki sauce (3 tbsp worchestershire sauce, 1 tbsp mentsuyu, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 tbsp ketchup) and katsuobushi (I did not have kewpie mayo)
Enjoyed with some good red wine 🍷
