I would introduce two different type of korean jeon.
one is called 'nokdujeon ' this is mixed altogether with chopped kimchi and squid and pork meat (I recommand pork loin not pork belly )and ground filled mung bean and add some sticky rice powder.
I cooked nokdujeon mostly for my son. cause he dislike to eat squid and I try to chop it and hide with other ingredient into nokdu jeon . and my son do not realized it while his eating it.
🤭
second jeon is regular ' buchimgae ' it means vegetable pan cake .
