The recipe is much simpler than you think, so please try it at home too!
Thing you need:
Plane Pork Belly
paprika
Cheese (Cheddar & Mozzarella)
Sesame Leaf
Cilantro
Mushroom
Kimchi
Sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper
- First, trim the ingredients that will go inside the roll. It is better to cut it thin and long like Kimbap ingredients. Slice the paprika, cheese, and mushrooms thin and long.
- Chop the cilantro into small pieces
- Chop kimchi first, then season it very simply with 1 tablespoon of sugar and pepper.
- Layer two rows of planed pork belly, then spread sesame leaves and add the ingredients prepared in advance.
(Prepared ingredients: paprika, cheese, cilantro, mushrooms, kimchi) - Roll it up!
- Bake in a frying pan
- It would be a little disappointing if I just eat pork belly, right? Spread some seasoning on top and bake
(Seasoning recipe: soy sauce: vinegar: sugar / 3:1:1 ratio) - Samgyeopsal roll is completed!
