All drinks are useful from cranberries, including jelly. It is better to drink this jelly warm.

INGREDIENTS
800 g cranberries
100 g sugar
3-4 st. l. potato starch
100 g honey
1 liter of delicious well, artesian or at least just filtered water

Step 1

Beat the cranberries with a blender and rub through a sieve. Set aside the juice, put the cake in a saucepan, add sugar and 1.2 liters of water, bring to a boil, cook for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Strain the broth through a sieve into a clean saucepan, return to high heat, bring to a boil again, reduce heat to medium-low. Dissolve the starch in the remaining 200 ml of water, pour it in a thin stream, stirring, into the boiling broth.

Step 3

Continuing to stir, cook the jelly until thickened, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes. Add cranberry juice and honey, mix thoroughly.
