Nice attempt! I must say that most pastry is way too sweet for me, here in Portugal but I still buy ( and enjoy ) a pastel de nata every now and then.

From your pictures it's still not too clear to me how to make this.
Did you only use two ingredients here?
Don't tell me you just used puff pastry and soy drink? :<)

If so, I should really give this a try myself very soon. I would surely add canela though, after baking.

I used soya milk but next time I will try coconut milk. I still figure out how to make them best on the vegan way. Just saw your first post. Niiiiice. Hugs out

So you really just used those two ingredients? I wonder how the taste will differ with coconut milk. I tend to think that my stomach doesn't react well to coconut milk but perhaps that just a believe that I need to change.
