RECIPE :
A. Marinate prawns with a pinch of salt and put aside.
B. Heat pan with quarter cup of oil. Add in the long beans (snake beans) and stir fry for about a minute. Remove long beans and put aside. Pour all the oil in a bowl.
B. Heat the same pan with 3tbsp oil (u can use the same oil if u like). Add 2 shallot (thin slices) + 3 mince pips garlic + 1 thumbsize mince ginger. Fry till light brown then add 1tbsp chilli paste on medium heat.
C. Add prawns and stir fry well till prawn half cook. Add in the long beans + pinch of salt + pinch of pepper. Once prawns cooked and coated well with chilli, it is ready to serve.
