I was craving doughnuts but couldn’t go out to get some because of the snowstorm so I found this easy recipe by Yeast Mode and decided to make some since I was stuck at home.
I accidentally cooked the dough in high heat versus low so the outer shell was dark brown versus the light tan as seen in the recipe however it made the outer shell extra crispy with it being chewy on the inside just like a kkwabaegi. It’s so easy and so delicious! I just had to share because it’s a must try.
My mom ate 4! She said it bought back memories of smelling/tasting fresh made bread treats in Korea. Please let me know if anyone tries this recipe and likes it as much as I do 😊
